Life’s Miracle UIF Services cc (previously known as Little Miracles UIF Services cc) was 6 years old in July 2011 !! We Praise God for his grace during this period and are truly thankful that we are in the fortunate position to continue our work and that we are still expanding!!!
During the past six years we have endured many a setback, some of which that at first we experienced as devastating, but in hindsight made us stronger and even more determined to deliver a quality service to you, our valued customer.
One such setback was that we had to change our name by 31 December 2011.
During July 2011 we ran a “Suggest a new name” competition which was very successful. We had many a wonderfull suggestion from our clients, but in the end we decided on Life’s Miracle UIF Services cc. Congratulations go to Chantelle Lyons’ who was the first person to suggest this name, thus winning the competition and a free service rendering of her claim. We would like to thank every one who entered for the competition for their time and efforts.
Please know that nothing else has changed - only our name!

About Life’s Miracle UIF Services cc - Maternity UIF Application Service
Life’s Miracle UIF Services cc was established in July 2005 by Adéle van Rensburg. Through her own experience of having to claim UIF Maternity benefits, a need for professional assistance was recognized. Being a mother herself, she understands that time is of the essence, and that you would rather be spending your precious time with your little miracle, than queuing at the UIF offices every month for your maternity UIF benefits.
In short, our aim is to make your UIF claiming process as convenient as possible. Therefore we handle the whole claiming process on your behalf, so that means that you don’t have to go to the UIF offices yourself, ever!
Our Maternity UIF application service include the following:
- We e-mail/fax all the necessary forms to you as well as our information letter.
- On commencement of your maternity leave, we submit your application forms to the UIF offices.
- We follow up on your claim and notify you once it has been approved.
- After your claim has been approved, we submit the UI-4 form (payment form) on a monthly basis to ensure continuation of your electronic payments.
We charge a service fee of:
Normal Fee: R550 once off fee should you deliver your completed documents to our offices. The service fee is payable in two payments: R300 registration fee to obtain the forms from us and R250 balance is payable when your completed forms are delivered to us (should you wish to make use of our courier service an extra R90/R140 will be applicable - depending on your area).
2nd/3rd Clients: R500 once off fee OR payable in two options: R300 registration fee + R200 balance when forms get submitted to us.
