IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR UIF DOCUMENTS TO US - WE WILL CONTACT EACH CLIENT TO CONFIRM IF YOU NEED TO SUBMIT NEW UI2.3 AND UI4 FORMS

RE-SUBMITTED CLAIMS

 

Dear All

 

Ms Aphane told us in the middle of January that all re-submissions, in the case where the client only had to re-do the UI2.3 and UI-4 forms (as per your request beginning January) will receive PRIORITY.

 

This is not the case. We are still awaiting approval for most of our re-submissions for 15 & 22 January claims (where the UI2.3 and UI-4 was re-submitted)

 

Could you please advise on what the delay in those claims are?  NEW claims submitted for the FIRST time are being approved for 15 & 22 January submission date.

 

Surely there must be some mistake?

 

Your urgent attention would be appreciated.
